The ultimate goal is the development
of computational models to simulate and visualize real processes,
focussing in engineering and medical applications.
In particular three specific areas are covered:
Real time simulators, including the design of virtual spaces
and the implementation of distributed environments.
Visualization techniques and geometric representations based
in three-dimensional image processing.
Application of numerical modeling to complex fluids.
